Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Your personal data. By registering on this forum, you agree that it may collect some of your personal data. This data collection is done either through the information you provide us, or through the use of the services itself, for technical data used for the forum proper functioning. Rules Member Rules 1. You must never spam the forums. Spamming will result in a warning and after three warnings you will be muted for 1 day, after that you are banned for 24 hours and after that ban if the problem persists you will be permanently banned. 2. You must never advertise pornography and/or any graphic images. Doing this will result in a 72 hour ban. Do it still after the ban has been lifted and you are permanently banned. 3. Being racists in anyway will result in a permanent ban. This ban will never be lifted. The punishment for this is so high because I wish to have a friendly forum, not one that taunts other races. 4. Always respect the staff and the choices they make. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 72 hour ban. Then if you keep doing it another 72 hours will be added making it a 144 hour ban and so on and so forth. 5. Always report unusual behavior. If you see a member not acting like him/herself, don't ignore it, private message one of the administrators and we will see if the latest ip address matches the one the member is normally on. No punishment is put onto you, but a stern message will be told to you if you ignore it. 6. No flaming or gravedigging. This means if you see a topic that is 1 month old, don't go off posting in it, just ignore it and move on the another topic. Also if you see a topic and all you post in it is "lol" or anything under 4 words, just don't post. Not following this rule will result in being muted for 1 day. Moderator Rules 1. While you are a moderator you must never abuse your powers. Mean don't randomly lock posts, sticky them, edit them, or delete them without having a good reason. If this happens you will be stripped of you powers. 2. Follow the member rules. Even though you have staff duties and powers, you must still always follow out the normal member rules, as after all you are indeed a member of the community too. Not following this rule will result in your staff powers being stripped and the punish of whatever rule you broke. Administrator Rules 1. Never abuse your powers. Being an admin is a great responsibility, if you cannot fulfill this responsibility you will be demoted down to moderator status. 2. Never tamper! If you go off and change things around the forums without the permission of the owner, Brandon, you will be punished by being demoted down to a normal member status. 3. Always follow the member rules. Just as in the Moderator Rules, you too are a member of the community and you must obey ever rule. Failure to do this and you will be demote down to normal member status and be punished with whatever rule you broke. Your Rules Brought to you by Brandon
